If you are not the account owner, but a sub-user then the previous link will not work. Please continue reading.
If you are not the account owner (sub-user) you can change your password within the application.
On the initial splash screen enter your email address and click the forgot password link as shown.
A new password will be emailed to you.
If you do not receive a new password, please check your spam folder.
Please copy and paste the new password into the password field.
TIP- If you enter your new password and then check the Remember Me box you will not have to go back to your email to find that password upon each log in.
If you are a sub user under another account, please do not create an account on our website as it will interfere with your companies licenses.
