Vitruvius subscriptions will automatically try to renew at the end of their term. We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions. If your payment method is not up-to-date at the time of renewal there will be failed payment and a notice will be sent to you.
To continue using the application you will need to make payment by updating your payment method through the Vitruvius website. Log in to the "My Account" page here: https://www.thevitruviusproject.com/my-account
Once you have logged in you can pay for the subscription by clicking the "Pay" button on the "Orders" page or you can visit the "Payment Method" page to update your card.
Once your payment method has been updated, the renewal will process and complete with success if given a valid card.
