How to Remove Vitruvius Registry Entry

Modified on Fri, 21 May, 2021 at 10:22 AM

When uninstalling Vitruvius it may be necessary to remove the registry value that was added during installation. In order to do this, you will need to open the Windows registry and delete the corresponding entries.

First, find the Windows registry by searching for "registry" in the windows search bar as shown below.

Open the registry and then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE as shown below.

Next find the entry for "The Vitruvius Project" and delete this entry by right-clicking on it and selecting delete.

If you have a similar entry within "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\" please delete that one as well.

If you are having trouble finding these registry entries or need further support please let us know.
